We recommend enquiring as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak event dates. An advance payment is required to reserve and confirm your date. The final payment must be completed one day before the event.
Yes, subject to the distance from Colombo and the menu selected. Transport and setup charges are calculated separately and confirmed with your quotation.
We provide the cart together with our service staff, who will operate it throughout your event. Outside parties are not permitted to serve from the cart. You may select your own food items, subject to prior approval and our operational guidelines. All items must arrive fully prepared and properly packaged on the event day; Isle of Graze is not responsible for their preparation or packaging.
Absolutely. You may provide your own animation, slideshow or event artwork for the optional 43-inch 4K display. We can also develop a custom visual concept from your brief.
A safe and reliable power outlet must be supplied by the client or venue for the 43-inch display and any selected live food station. We will confirm the exact setup requirements before your event.
Serving time depends on the party size, selected food experience and the style of event. Your recommended service window will be included in the quotation.
Yes. The menu, cart format, umbrella or canopy, gold or silver serveware, screen content and themed decorations can all be tailored to your celebration.
